RETURN TO THE BREATH WITH THIS CALMING BREATH PRACTICE.

 

Practice Guide:

Breathe from your diaphragm. 
Control your in and out breaths making them slow and conscious.


For this calming practice the breath pattern is:

Breathe in for 4 seconds. 
Breath out for 4 seconds.
Pause for 4 seconds.
