Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@nayaglow.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to dispatch it to us at the address given to you at your own cost. Items sent back to us first request a return to be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return questions at support@nayaglow.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or opened products and used products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please consider the above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Variations between batches
Sometimes you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please see these as a positive sign of our commitment to using natural ingredients.
Sensitivity
We recommend patch-testing all products on your skin. Sensitivities or mild reactions to ingredients are rare, however, they can still occur. Often people are unaware of the exact ingredients or it might be a combination of ingredients, or between products that can cause their skin to be sensitive, therefore the source of the irritation can be difficult to determine. Your skin is particularly sensitive during hormonal fluctuations incl. not limited to pregnancy, menopause, seasonal variation and while taking medication.
