Do you cleanse your face before using the Vegan Facial Dry Brush?
Yes, ideally cleanse your face before using the Vegan Facial Dry Brush. Then apply the Aura Hydration Essence, Glow Serum and our Everyday Day Cream with a drop of an oil. 

Can I use the Vegan Facial Dry Brush instead of a scrub?
Yes, you can use the Vegan Facial Dry Brush instead of a scrub. It is a much gentler form of exfoliation that is suitable for sensitive skin. The bristles are very soft as they are made from plant fibres rather than animal bristles. Our Vegan Facial Dry Brush is 100% vegan and plastic free.  

Can I use the Vegan Facial Dry Brush on wet skin?
No, the Vegan Facial Dry Brush cannot be used on wet skin, it is a dry face brush so it must be used on dry skin. If the vegetable bristles get wet they will lose their shape. 

How often can I use it?
You can use the Vegan Facial Dry Brush 3-4 times a week. In the beginning, we would suggest using it 1-2 times to get your skin used to it. 

What is the recommended routine?
I start by cleansing my face with the Everyday Cleansing Oil. Then I use the Vegan Facial Dry Brush. After that, I use the Hydration Mask, which really penetrates deep into the skin and plumps it up from the inside out. Then I rub off the Hydration Mask and finish with Aura Essence and our Everyday Face Oil. 

Is this 100% vegan?
YES! Super soft, vegan bristles with no plastic at all. It is possible! And NAYA is the pioneer and we have launched our innovation in 2020. We are proud to be pioneers and not use bristles made of plastic or animal hair. Animal hair is not suitable for the sensitive skin on the face. The extra soft bristles of our unique and first vegan face dry brush are 100% plant-based and made of cellulose!

Does it come in packaging?
Yes, it comes in a GOTS certified cotton bag and uses plant-based ink. And our face brush is always packaged plastic-free.

Our face brush is sustainably manufactured in Germany by an FSC-certified family-owned factory that implements environmentally sound, socially responsible and economically viable use of forests.

Our manufacturer is also EMAS certified, also known as EU Eco-Audit. EMAS ensures that all environmental aspects from energy consumption to waste and emissions are implemented in a legally secure and transparent manner. Sustainability is important to us, which is why we choose our suppliers carefully.

What else should I be aware of?
It may happen that the brush loses individual bristles during the first few uses. This is quite normal and will stop by itself after a short time.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE never let the brush get wet. The brush is not suitable for use with water. This can damage the vegan bristles. Please do not place the brush on your bristles. It can damage the bristles and thus lose your shape.
