THE THINKING BEHIND IT

More than a beauty tool.A mindful moment.

01

Release tension

Gentle massage can help ease the feeling of facial tension, especially around the jaw.

02

A refreshed look

Massage temporarily stimulates surface circulation for a fresher-looking complexion.

03

Slow down

Turn everyday skincare into a simple ritual, at a pace and pressure that feel good to you.

The essentials: Always use enough slip, hold the tool fairly flat and apply very light pressure. Your Gua Sha massage should never hurt.

Follow along at your own pace.

YOUR RITUAL IN FOUR STEPS

Simple. Gentle. At your pace.

01

Cleanse

Begin with clean skin. Take a moment before you start the massage.

02

Create slip

Apply facial oil or a generous layer of a rich cream so the tool glides without dragging.

03

Glide, don't scrape

With the stone almost flat, move gently from the chin towards the ears, then across cheeks and forehead outwards. A few slow strokes per area are enough.

04

Finish & care

Finish whenever your skin feels comfortable. Wash the stone with mild soap, dry it thoroughly and store it safely.

Skip the massage on inflamed, broken, very irritated or sunburned skin, and avoid using it immediately after aesthetic procedures.

GOOD TO KNOW

A little more guidance.

How much pressure should I use?

Very light pressure. The stone should glide gently, without forceful rubbing or discomfort.

How often can I use Gua Sha?

Start with a few minutes and see how your skin responds. There is no need for a long daily session.

Do I need a face oil?

Not necessarily. What matters is a smooth glide without tugging. Facial oil or a sufficiently rich cream can both work.

Can I use it on sensitive skin?

Take extra care and avoid massage during active irritation, pronounced flushing or when skin is broken. Gentle pressure is essential.
