Skin Confidence & Health Guarantee – Our Promise to Your Skin
We understand how unique skin is, and how challenging it can be to find the right product. That’s why we offer our Skin Confidence & Health Guarantee, allowing you to try our products at home and discover what works best for your skin.
If a product does not suit your skin, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order, even if it has been opened and used. In this case, we will issue 100% store credit for the product price (excluding shipping costs).

- A maximum of one product per order can be returned under the guarantee
- Up to two claims per customer within 12 months (with an active customer account and at least two fully paid orders)
- Products that are nearly empty are excluded from the guarantee
Please Note
The Skin Confidence Guarantee does not apply to:
- Sets
- Minis / travel sizes
- Promotional items or gifts
- Products from the Exosomes Collection
Products that are nearly empty (approximately 25% used or more) cannot be returned under the guarantee.
Important Clarifications
The Skin Confidence & Health Guarantee is a voluntary service provided by NAYA Skincare to help customers discover suitable products for their skin.
Orders that were paid using store credit do not count as paid orders for the purpose of this policy.
The guarantee is intended to allow customers to try a product once risk-free, and is not designed for repeated product testing across consecutive orders without retaining products.
We reserve the right to decline the Skin Confidence Guarantee in cases of repeated returns, suspected misuse of the policy, or patterns indicating that products are consistently ordered and returned without being retained.
How It Works

Send an email to support@nayaglow.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return the product to our warehouse at your own shipping cost.

Any promotional gifts must be returned unused, otherwise their value will be deducted from the credit.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue store credit for the product price (excluding shipping costs).

We want you to discover NAYA products honestly, transparently, and without risk.
At the same time, we believe in mindful skincare, choosing products thoughtfully based on what your skin truly needs.
To support this, we offer generously sized Travel Minis for most products, allowing you to test formulations before committing to the full size while also helping reduce unnecessary waste.
To keep this policy fair and sustainable for all customers, the Skin Confidence Guarantee is limited to two returns per customer within a 12-month period and requires at least two fully paid completed orders.
This reflects Sarah’s philosophy at NAYA, helping you build a skincare ritual that truly supports your skin, rather than chasing trends or over-consuming products.
