We understand how unique skin is – and how challenging it can be to find the right product. That’s why you can try our products risk-free for 30 days. Even if you’ve already opened and used the product, we’ll give you a 100% credit for the product price if it doesn’t suit your skin.

- A maximum of one product per order can be returned under the guarantee
- Nearly empty products are excluded from the guarantee
Here’s How It Works:
1. Send us an email to support (at) nayaglow (dot) com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
3. Promotional gifts must be returned unused; otherwise, the credit will be reduced.
4. After receiving the return, we will check the product and issue a credit for the product price (excluding shipping costs).
Please Note: Products that are nearly empty or used up cannot be returned – we’re happy you’ve tried the product, but assume that you were satisfied with it :)
