Skin Confidence & Health Guarantee – Our Promise to Your Skin
We understand how unique skin is – and how challenging it can be to find the right product. That’s why you can try our products risk-free for 30 days. Even if you’ve already opened and used the product, we’ll give you a 100% credit for the product price if it doesn’t suit your skin.

- Valid once per order
- Up to 2 claims per customer within 12 months (with active customer account and at least 2 paid orders)
- A maximum of one product per order can be returned under the guarantee

Here’s How It Works:
1. Send us an email to support (at) nayaglow (dot) com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
3. Promotional gifts must be returned unused; otherwise, the credit will be reduced.
4. After receiving the return, we will check the product and issue a credit for the product price (excluding shipping costs).
Please Note: Products that are nearly empty (ca. 25% have been used) or used up cannot be returned – we’re happy you’ve tried the product, but assume that you were satisfied with it :) Also, please note this offering does not apply on sets.

Why We Limit Store Credit to One Product?
We believe in empowering you to make mindful choices about your skincare. Our policy allows you to return one product per order if it doesn’t work for your skin – but we encourage thoughtful purchases based on your individual skin needs.
To make this easier, we offer generously sized Minis for most of our products - specifically created to reduce waste and allow you to test how your skin responds before committing to the full size. We strongly recommend choosing Minis first, especially when trying a new product.
To protect fairness for all customers and ensure this policy remains sustainable, returns under the Skin Confidence Guarantee are limited to 2 products per customer within 12 months, and only if you’ve placed at least two paid orders with an active account.
