We strive to accommodate your preferences and can provide samples for most products. Please note, we prepare small portions individually and if available.

However, there are some exceptions:

Certain products cannot be sampled. Please include one or two alternative sample requests just in case. Please email us those to support@nayaglow.com

Additional Information:

Each sample typically lasts for 1–2 applications.
As many samples are filled up individually, shipping may take a few extra days. So expect fulfilment within 4-5 days.
Individually prepared samples are packaged in small cosmetic jars or resealable pouches. The fill volume may vary slightly.
Our Mini Luxury 5ml-10ml Travel Sizes are not part of the Skincare Test Drive but need to be separately ordered.
Per product, you can only order one sample. Please provide your choices with alternatives. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

Meet our Allrounder: Cacay Beauty Oil. You can enrich all our products with additional Lipids by mixing it with the Cacay Beauty Oil. Simply add a couple of drops of the Cacay Beauty Oil to your palm of your hand and mix it with your chosen product. It will enrich the formula with additional fatty acids.

Finally even when you can't see the sun, it doesn't mean that your skin is safe from UV (Ultraviolet) rays, in particular UVA. Through rain or snow, clouds or partial sun, we recommend wearing SPF. It is the best anti-ageing prevention that exists.

Please note, this is a sample kit only. Per product, it will be enough for one application.

In addition, if you are not available, or pick up the sample kit from your local delivery office, we remain the right to not refund or resend without additional fee to cover our costs.

Please email us on support@nayaglow.com to provide us with the products you want to test. Please note, provide us 2-3 alternatives in case we cannot we cannot provide your first option.

This is a sample kit only to conduct a patch test and see if you react to it or not. Thus, you can mainly do 1 application, a max of two applications depending on the product you choose.

Yes, you can use these for all skin types. At NAYA, we don't believe in skin types but we focus on skin needs.

As outlined in our terms, you can only choose one sample per product. The Skincare Test Drive is only for you to patch-test a product. If you want to try it for a longer period or you need a smaller size for your travels, then head over to our Luxury Mini Travel collection.

No, the sample kit / skincare test drive kit is strictly excluded from return, refunds and exchanges. And clearly, it wasn't a mistake, as for each order, we receive a separate email outlining your choice of product you like to sample. This is for patch testing purposes only, if you experience a reaction. These are getting manually filled up for each order. Hence huge efforts go into it. Thus we cannot accept any refunds or returns. Please note, if you are not at home when you receive the delivery or don't pick it up from your local delivery office, and the order is then being returned to us, we maintain the right to not refund you and only send out your order again for an additional fee.
