Create your own ritual and save automatically:

  • 10% off when purchasing a 2-step ritual

  • 15% off when purchasing a 3-step ritual

  • 20% off when purchasing a 4-step ritual

Discounts apply only to eligible products within the Build Your Ritual selection. If items from a bundle are returned individually, refunds will reflect the discounted price paid per item. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

From time to time, selected ritual sets include a complimentary mini. Eligible products and gift options are displayed directly on the product or cart page. Gifts are added automatically while stocks last and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Loyalty Rewards & Points Multipliers

Members of the NAYA Insider Club may receive 2x or 3x bonus points or tier-based rewards on selected products or during limited-time events. Bonus points are calculated on the final purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes) and are credited after the order has shipped. Customers must be logged into their account at checkout to qualify.

Seasonal & Limited Offers

Occasionally, selected products may be available at a reduced price due to limited availability or seasonal transitions. These items are clearly marked and are final sale, unless stated otherwise. No price adjustments will be made on previous purchases.

All promotions are valid only while supplies last and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Gifts with purchase have no cash value and are not eligible for return or exchange. If a qualifying order is partially returned, the value of the complimentary gift may be deducted from the refund.
