You can collect points with various interactions and redeem them for your favourite products in our shop as a €€ off. Your participation in our loyalty programme is of course free of charge and not connected with any obligations.
It's very easy: Register for free and create your customer account. After successful registration you will receive your first 100 points credited to your account and can start collecting points.
You can view the full list once you have created an account. You also see a few outlined above.
Points are redeemable for rewards to use on future purchases. Once you’ve unlocked a reward, you can use it at checkout.
Log in to your customer account. There you can see your current points balance. Shop for your favourite product as usual. During the checkout process, before you complete your order, you can select your €€ off reward and redeem it directly.

Unfortunately, no. Only one reward can be redeemed at a time. The same goes for any other promotional offer running.
For points earned on purchases and referrals, they are in the process of being verified and cannot yet be redeemed. Allow at least 30 days for these points to appear in your account for redemption.
